These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and RSP777 ("RSP777", "we", "us", "our"), an online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at https://rsp777.cam ("Platform", "Site").

RSP777 is an English-language platform designed to serve users in Pakistan and internationally. We provide educational content relating to online sports betting, casino games, cricket markets, bonus structures and responsible gambling practices. For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "User" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal user account created upon successful registration on the Platform.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before winnings derived from that Bonus may be withdrawn.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued access to or use of RSP777 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on RSP777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the licence jurisdiction applicable to your account. Age alone does not confirm that online gambling is lawful in Pakistan — local laws apply independently.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust or other legal entity.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law, unless you have satisfied yourself independently that access is permissible.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer or close associate of RSP777 or any affiliated operator.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from RSP777 or any associated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your applicable jurisdiction.

RSP777 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity document (CNIC), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in Account suspension or termination.

When registering an Account on RSP777, you are required to provide accurate, complete and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other fields designated as mandatory during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. RSP777 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.

Each User may maintain only one (1) Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any associated balances and a permanent ban from the Platform.

You agree to promptly notify RSP777 support ([email protected]) if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

As a registered User of RSP777, you agree to:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information whenever requested by RSP777, including during registration, KYC verification and support interactions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations of your jurisdiction, including but not limited to those relating to online gambling, financial transactions and digital communications.
• Notify RSP777 promptly of any changes to your personal details, including contact information and payment method data.
• Refrain from using the Platform to facilitate, promote or engage in any form of money laundering, fraud, identity theft or other criminal activity.
• Treat all RSP777 support staff and other Users with respect. Abusive, threatening or offensive conduct is strictly prohibited.
• Accept that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that participation is undertaken at your own discretion and risk.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. RSP777 reserves the right to return any deposit made via an unverified or unauthorised payment source.

Minimum deposit thresholds are as specified within the Platform's Cashier section. For illustrative purposes, the minimum deposit is typically PKR 1,000, though this figure is subject to change at the operator's discretion.

Familiar Pakistani payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited throughout this Platform as contextual references to commonly used payment methods in Pakistan. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1–5 business days, subject to the payment method selected and any outstanding verification requirements. Actual processing times may vary and are not guaranteed by RSP777.

Withdrawals are permitted only to a payment method previously used to deposit into the Account, or to a verified bank account held in the User's name. RSP777 reserves the right to request additional verification for withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.

Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal. Only funds in the "real money" balance — fully separated from any active bonus wallet — may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.

RSP777 and its associated operators may, from time to time, offer promotional bonuses to eligible Users. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that must be read and accepted prior to activation. By opting into any promotion, you agree to its individual terms in addition to these Terms.

Key principles applicable to all bonus offers on RSP777 include:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering or rollover requirement. No bonus winnings may be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Maximum Bet Limit: While a bonus is active, a per-bet limit applies (typically PKR 1,000 or as specified in the offer terms). Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Different game categories contribute different percentages towards meeting a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage or nothing at all.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within a defined period from issue or activation (commonly 7 to 30 days). Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.

RSP777 reserves the right to void or cancel any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, in connection with a technical malfunction, or where there is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, market manipulation or any other form of sporting fraud. In such cases, deposits will be returned but no associated winnings will be paid.

For cricket markets — including but not limited to PSL and ICC tournament fixtures — the settlement of bets is subject to the official match result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. RSP777 has no official affiliation with the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), PSL, the ICC or any participating team.

In-play or live betting markets may be suspended at any time during a match at RSP777's discretion, particularly during breaks in play, official reviews or events that may affect the integrity of the market.

RSP777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all Users. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a means of generating income. RSP777 provides the following tools and resources to assist Users in maintaining control:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Users may define the maximum amount they are prepared to lose within a defined period. Once reached, further gambling is suspended until the limit resets.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set a maximum session duration. An alert or automatic logout is triggered once the defined period is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who feel they are at risk of problem gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. During self-exclusion, the Account is blocked from all gambling activity and promotional communications.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, copying or extracting content for commercial use without prior written authorisation.
• Modifying, adapting or creating derivative works based on RSP777 content.
• Distributing, publicly displaying or publishing RSP777 content on third-party platforms or media.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any part of the Platform's software or code.

The RSP777 name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks. Unauthorised use of any RSP777 trademark is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RSP777, its directors, officers, employees, agents and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its features.
• Any loss of funds, profits or data resulting from gambling activity conducted through or referenced by the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or data, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.
• Any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in Platform content, including odds, match results or bonus terms.
• Interruptions, delays or failures in Platform availability caused by technical faults, maintenance, force majeure events or third-party service failures.
• Actions or omissions of any third-party operator, payment provider or data supplier referenced on or accessible through the Platform.

RSP777's total aggregate liability to any User, regardless of the basis of the claim, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months preceding the relevant claim.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the RSP777 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or abuse any game, market, bonus system or technical vulnerability on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, crawlers, scrapers or other software tools to access, mine or copy Platform data without authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider trading or other corrupt activity in connection with sports markets on the Platform.
• Creating multiple Accounts or accessing another User's Account without authorisation.
• Using the Platform to facilitate, conceal or launder proceeds of crime in violation of anti-money laundering laws.
• Harassing, threatening, abusing or defaming RSP777 staff, support agents or other Users.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, while concealing your location using a VPN or proxy service.

RSP777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable Policy.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing or any other Prohibited Activity.
• A valid self-exclusion request initiated by the User or a third party on the User's behalf.
• Insolvency or bankruptcy of the User, or other circumstances that affect the User's legal capacity.
• Receipt of a valid instruction from a law enforcement agency, regulatory body or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon Account termination, any real-money balance remaining after the deduction of outstanding wagering obligations and applicable processing fees will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of all KYC requirements.

RSP777's collection, processing, storage and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available in full at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in that Policy.

RSP777 collects and processes personal data necessary to operate the Platform, verify User identity (KYC), process transactions, prevent fraud and fulfil regulatory obligations. We do not sell User data to third parties for marketing purposes. Users retain certain rights in respect of their personal data, which are detailed in the Privacy Policy.

All data transmitted via the Platform is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols. RSP777 maintains appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure or destruction of User data.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RSP777 holds its applicable operating licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

For Users located in Pakistan, we wish to draw your attention to the fact that Pakistani courts may also claim jurisdiction over disputes involving Pakistani residents. RSP777 does not claim immunity from Pakistani law and encourages Users to seek independent legal advice where necessary.

RSP777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to Users via a notice on the Platform and, where appropriate, via email to the address registered on the User's Account.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever material changes are made. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you disagree with any change to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure by contacting support.
